The GAZOZ process is simple and only uses a few ingredients: filtered water, local honey, and botanicals. A mixed fermentation of bacteria and yeast feasts on the honey creating a complex combination of acids, alcohol, and carbon dioxide. Gazoz is bottle conditioned in the style of Pet Nat and a living beverage. Please keep refrigerated, do not shake, and open slowly.
